Introduction

            The primary objective of this course is to introduce students to various compensation strategies applicable in the 21st century. The course will also broaden students’ understanding and the needs to compare various strategies in order to come up with the appropriate pay model that is sustainable to the organization and rewarding to the employees. The course would last for one semester and the students would be require to covers all the sixteen chapter in the book. Depending with length of each chapter, the maximize time allocate for one chapter is a week, while shorter chapter would be handle in two to three days, thus making it possible to handle two chapter in a week.
