Just World Hypothesis (JWH) refers to a belief that world is a place that is just and fair, where the people are given what they deserve. The hypothesis means that an individual will get what one deserves based on their actions. Under the hypothesis, it is believed that individuals who do good things get best results, while bad things happen to bad people. The belief is learned from individual early development leading to a feeling that world is comfortable and safe place for everyone.
