Task Summary
After reading the project case study, use it to develop a 2,000-word Project Charter, describing the entire project in a short, succinct, and professional document.
Context
Project leadership is about inspiring the project team to do their best from the outset. This requires a combination of verbal and written communication skills and a range of applied leadership skills.
One of the foundational documents that helps “kick off” a project is the Project Charter. The Project Charter describes the entire project in a short, succinct, and presentable document that can be shared with project staff or other stakeholders and aims to commence the project in earnest. The Project Charter helps to clarify the project context, the project team roles, and the goals of the project.
Instructions
You will be given a project case study to use in order to develop your Project Charter. Though all students will receive the same case study, it is expected that each student will think about the project from their own perspective as an up-and-coming project manager in order to formulate a unique Project Charter. Use your own style based on your critical thinking of what it means for you

to lead a project. You may use one of the templates provided in the learning resources or develop your own format.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Read the case study provided by your lecturer. This will form the basis for your Project Charter, because you will assume that you are the project manager for this project.
2. After reading the case study, begin to develop your project charter. This needs to be a 2,000word report (+/- 10%) and must use a minimum of six (6) references (academic literature and industry publications—please consider the case study as a 7th reference). Please ensure all references are cited in-text.
3. The Project Charter must include the following headings and should be written as if you are presenting it to the project team that will build this project. You are the project manager.
The contents of your Charter should include:
a. Background of the project
b. Reasons for the project
c. Project objectives
d. Proposed project management approach or methodology/methodologies
e. Constraints, limitations, and risks
f. Leadership structure (project manager and his or her senior aides: list their roles and explain what each does in the project. You need to cite four (4) roles)
g. Project risks and their mitigation
h. Project stakeholders and how to interact with them
i. The vision of the project and the type of project team culture you wish to promote in your team
j. Reference list

Purpose of the assessment (with ULO Mapping) The purpose of this assessment is to ensure a student who requires and qualifies for an approved SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT is able to document a mini-literature review and research design.

Submission Guidelines • All work must be submitted on Blackboard by 12 midnight on the due date, along with a completed Assignment Cover Page.
• The assignment must be a single document in MS Word format, 1.5 spacing, 12-pt Arial font and 2 cm margins on all four sides of your page with appropriate section headings, paragraphing, and page numbers.
• Reference sources must be cited in the text of the report, and listed appropriately at the end in a reference list, all using the Holmes adapted Harvard referencing style.
• The Supplementary assessment will be graded PASS/FAIL. To PASS, all requirements must be complied with in full.

SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT Specifications
Purpose:
This unit aims to give you an opportunity to combine many facets of your acquired MBA skills into the production of a research project mini-literature review and research design proposal.
It is explicitly designed as a SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT for students who qualify for a Supplementary Assessment and are duly notified thereof. You must complete and submit this INDIVIDUALLY.
Task
Your task is to prepare a report of 2000 words (the word count does not include your questionnaire and reference list), based on the following scenario:
Your CEO has requested you to ascertain whether or not she/he should expand the company beyond the shores of Australia, by opening a new branch in the Fijian city of Suva. Please attend to the following aspects:
a. Use the city you are currently based in (i.e. where your Holmes campus is) as being the current base from which your company wishes to expand.
b. Choose a business that currently operates in either the retail or manufacturing sector. Ensure that you specify which sector and describe the industry within which the business operates. Explain the company and its brand positioning (this must be an existing brand, not a hypothetical one). Provide details about the current performance of the business, its other current locations, its growth history, etc. [from published secondary data]. Decide on and clearly state the Research Problem facing the company.
c. Research relevant politico-socio-economic-enviro-legal facts about Fiji in general and Suva in particular.
d. Research relevant facts about the state of the industry.
e. Research at least three relevant competitors in Fiji.
f. For the above three sections you need at least 9 references, of which at least 4 must be academic journal articles. [In your reference list, ensure that you provide the details of each reference in Holmes-adapted Harvard style, plus the hyperlinked URL of anything you accessed online, and the date on which you accessed it].
g. State the research question(s) that remain(s) to be answered after considering all of the above.
h. Decide what primary data will be needed to complete your study and state how you would go about collecting it, i.e. your specific methodology design. Criteria for assessment
In this assessment task you are required to write an academic essay based on a formulation of a psychotherapeutic session(s). You will be exploring the psychotherapeutic elements of a therapy session(s). The formulation should include the process of establishing a therapeutic relationship to understand the consumer’s narrative (for example, life events, social circumstance, relationships with others), the consumer’s explanation of the causes of their presentation and/or issue, and your explanation of the causes of their presentation and/or issue as a therapist. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the psychotherapeutic relationship, power and its relationship in therapy, mutuality and connectedness, recovery alliance, and the use of trauma-informed principles of care. The essay should have contemporary and relevant evidence-based literature to support all formulations and clinical decision making.
The formulation can be based on a de-identified consumer. You are not required to provide the therapy session, but to access de-identified clinical information that will support your formulation of a session(s).
To ensure you do not breach consumer and/or carer/family confidentiality, you must make sure there are no identifiable factors, such as no consumer/carer or family member’s name, date of birth, address, dates of admission, health service, staff members associated with the consumer care, and any medical/clinical record dates. In preparation for this task, you will need to:
1. Make use of the resources available in each module to support your understanding of the content discussed.
2. Attend the webinar in week 7 to gain a greater understanding of the requirements of the task and provides an opportunity for you to discuss this assessment task with your teacher and your peers.
3. Review the rubric to ensure you have a clear understanding of the criteria for marking.

What public health data would have been used to determine the need for such a program?

For us to be able to determine if mass vaccination is needed, we would need to gather data available about the new strain of influenza disease. Since we know that influenza is spread by droplet. We would have to look at the population that it is having a bigger impact, the spread of it, and how contagious. This data could be retrieved from hospitals who are reporting new cases to the health department. EHR’s can help provide accurate surveillance of the disease process without breaking HIPPA when data is reported (McGonigle & Mastrian, 2018).

Where would you locate public health data?

I can locate data on the Department of Public Health across the country. In the state of Illinois, they received data from the Department of Public Health of any disease spread, and new cases of disease increase. They gather this from the hospitals because they are required to report this information. To surveillance this data in a timely manner and precise way we would have to look at different options. I research as to how they monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and I found out there is two techniques (CDC, 2021). One of them is called the aggregate count where the team divides into 2 groups. The first team collects information from jurisdictions website, which are credible websites. Then passed it on the team 2 for verification of information and sends it over to jurisdictions to confirmed accuracy and make corrections if need it and published it to the website. The second method is called the line-level data. A more detailed approach and is the second part to determine mass inoculation. They gather more information about the individuals that have died such as race, age, and ethnicity (CDC, 2021). They can note who is most at risk and mass inoculation is appropriate and who is it appropriate for.

What data will be collected to determine the success of such a program?

A way to collect the success of the program would be referring to the CDC once again, since the inoculation has been provided, they continue to aggregate count. We should be able to see the number of cases and deaths declining, which then would mean the effectiveness.

How might you communicate this to other communities or internationally?

We can communicate information to the locally and nationally by the news outlet, social media, radio. We can also print information into newspaper for individuals who do not own technology devices.
