Give an understanding, analysis, and critical evaluation of each factor (a minimum of 8 factors are expected for an average grade for the entire paper, a total of 12 factors would be beneficial), building a therapeutic relationship, a brief discussion of ethical considerations or concerns, your personal role as a therapist, and conceptualization (be sure to develop a framework and conceptualize how you would help the client using a BPS/CRSJ approach, and a path toward assessment, (goals and treatment plan are not a part of this assignment).
The focus of the paper should be on the application of BPS and CRSJ in order to explore the disorder/topic in preparation or progress toward treatment. You do not need to consider a treatment plan for this disorder/topic as this is not expected at this level. In future courses, skills and competencies will be added to fully create the treatment plans and intervention. Discuss the importance of developing the therapeutic relationship and your role as a therapist.

As you approach the neighbors in the community, you and other officers are asking for any observations that were made during the morning hours as the missing child was leaving for school. You ask the following:
Did they witness anyone acting suspiciously?
Did they observe anyone in the company of the child?
Can they describe or identify the subject?
Do they know the name or location of the subject?
Prepare a memo of 500–700 words describing how you are going to approach these interviews. Include what items you may need to know more about, and keep the following in mind:
As a critical case, consider the significance of this case.
Are there any legal considerations that you must take into account? What are they?
How will you approach any questioning of school-aged children in the community?
Remember, no skilled interviewer or interrogator begins an interview or interrogation without a plan.
Consider preparing a plan.
Know what questions to ask prior to the neighborhood interview.
Know about the relevant facts found prior to asking questions

Write 2 pages with APA style on North American Indian Culture That Flourished before the Arrival of the Spanish Conquistadors.
One of the key characteristics of Native Americans is their unique genealogy, which derives from African and Asian populations. . Although this connection is not the most intuitive, anthropological studies using genetic markers have substantiated this understanding. . In the late medieval period, they were believed to have adopted a hunter-gatherer mode of life. . It is an important revelation, for everywhere else in the world agriculture and urbanization has already become entrenched. . Bison was a great stock prey during the time as the ecology of the Great Plains suited it well. In many of the cave paintings from this period, we can see how bison was an emblematic animal for the entire community.
The breadth and width of the continent’s landscape, with its varied climates, geographies and ecologies, made adapting to local conditions an imperative. As a result, we see a different set of customs and norms being practiced in the Great Basin, Pacific Coast or Eastern Woodlands. . Likewise, in contrast to the widespread adoption of the hunter-gatherer lifestyle, native Indian cultures of South-western and Woodland Burial Mound regions practised agriculture. The social organization of these regions was also different, in that they were chiefdoms, with a definite hierarchy among its members. .
Just as Spanish Conquistadors started trickling into the continent in the late 15th century, the Meso-American culture became predominant. . This unique culture retained many key traits of the community’s traditions while also including new elements that they were introduced to. . It is an unfortunate fact of history that despite the amicable and warm welcome of the conquistadors by native Americans, the former did not reciprocate the hospitality. . After having acquainted themselves with the exotic culture of the natives, the conquistadors systematically proceeded to dominate the defenceless natives. . Those who had the courage to resist domination and exploitation were ruthlessly rounded up and executed. As a consequence, within a few decades of the arrival of the Spanish expeditions, the Native American population diminished drastically. . This pattern has continued for a century or more and reached a point of near-extermination of these people. . It continues to remain one of the greatest acts of genocide in the history of humanity. . It is all the more tragic because the culture and social values of the victims were very rich and vibrant. . The proof for this assertion lies in the great colour and wisdom of their customs, practices and norms witnessed at the time of the arrival of the Spanish expeditions. . Their lives during this period were far from barbaric as the perpetrators of their oppression would have us believe.

Imagine you are preparing to give a presentation to the United Nations General Assembly or the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights advocating for a racial or ethnic group from a country of your choosing. In the analysis you offer, you want to accomplish the following:
Provide your audience with an effective summary of the history of the racial or ethnic group you have chosen as it relates to prejudice, discrimination, and assimilation they have experienced in that country. You would want to present in-depth coverage of 2–3 important events or circumstances that shaped this history so as to be compelling to your audience.
Analyze in-depth 2–3 examples of stereotypes and instances of discrimination that the racial or ethnic group has faced.
Show proof of inequality by comparing their participation rates, employment levels, poverty rates, and income levels with another racial or ethnic group in that country.
Convincingly analyze the social, political, economic, and contextual factors that have contributed to the prejudice, discrimination, and assimilation experienced by the racial or ethnic group you have chosen to analyze.
Describe a possible future scenario of racial and ethnic interaction in the country you chose to examine based on the trends you see emerging in that country. Justify the reasoning behind your outlook.
Note:
Your analysis should involve a racial or ethnic group you chose to discuss in Weeks 3 ( African American)
Support your analysis by making at least five documented references to your course readings and five documented references to scholarly resources.
Each slide should be accompanied by substantial notes (within the “Notes” section) that provide greater details into each point addressed in that slide.
Use pictures and graphics only if they add to the effectiveness of your presentation.
All external sources (data, quotes, images, graphics, etc.) need to be properly cited.
By Day 7
Submit a presentation of 18–20 slides addressing the above requirements.

ASSESSMENT 1 BRIEF Subject Code and Title PUBH6003 Health Systems and Economics Assessment Case Study Report Application of systems thinking and building blocks in a country context/setting to public health issues and problems Individual/Group Individual Length 1,500 words (+/–10%) Learning Outcomes The Subject Learning Outcomes demonstrated by the successful completion of the task below include: a) Critically examine the key characteristics of health systems and apply this knowledge to local and global contexts; b) Investigate and inquire into the building blocks of health systems and interpret how they are translated globally; and c) Evaluate the principles of systems thinking and promote multi-sectoral collaboration for the successful implementation of public health programmes. Weighting 35% Total Marks 100 marks Context Systems thinking helps us to understand the elements and relationships/interconnectedness of parts to a system. Currently, the use of systems thinking is being advocated in public health as a new paradigm shift. It aids in the solving of complex and intractable public health problems and the identification of risk factors for the achievement of health systems goals/good population health outcomes. You are required to thoroughly research and write a critical individual report on systems thinking and its application to strengthening the six building blocks of health systems for the reduction/prevention of a chosen public health problem/issue for a selected country. Instructions You are required to: • Identify a country (e.g., Australia or any other country) and a public health issue. Public health problems/issues include excessive alcohol consumption, food safety, heart disease and stroke, road traffic accidents, nutrition, physical activity and obesity, tobacco use, water, sanitation and hygiene, HIV, drug abuse and mental health; • Provide a critical analysis of the concept of systems thinking and how it can be applied to public health; • Discuss the six health systems building blocks as proposed by the World Health Organisation (WHO); • Discuss why the chosen public health issue is complex in the context of the chosen country based on the building blocks and thus requires systems thinking; and • Apply and analyse how systems thinking can be used to reduce/mitigate the selected public health issue along with the building blocks of the health systems of the chosen country. Structure of the Report Introduction • Provide an overview of the key characteristics of the chosen country, including its population, health status indicators (e.g., disease prevalence/incidence, morbidity, mortality and life expectancy at birth) and health system indicators (e.g., service utilisation/health service access, hospital bed density, availability of essential medicines and commodities, health worker density and distribution) (use any three of the stated indicators). • Describe the selected public health issue and why it is an issue for the chosen country (use data/statistics to support your claim). • Provide an overview of the whole assessment to serve as a guide for the reader, explaining that the assessment will use the concept of systems thinking to help prevent/reduce the chosen public health problem of the chosen country and will offer solutions based on the health system building blocks. Main body • Critically discuss the concept of systems thinking and its application to public health issues. • Discuss in detail the health system building blocks as proposed by the WHO. • Critically examine why the current organisation and functioning of the building blocks pose a challenge to solving the identified public health problem for the chosen country (examine the barriers to the use of systems thinking to solve the problem given the current organisation and functioning of the building blocks). • Discuss ANY other barriers outside the building blocks (if any). • Apply systems thinking to strengthen the health system building blocks for reduction/mitigation (suggest solutions based on systems thinking along the building blocks of the health systems). • Propose ANY other solutions outside the building blocks of the health systems (if any). Conclusion Provide a concise summary of all the ideas discussed in the assessment. New ideas should not be introduced at this stage. Note: All sections of the report must be backed by relevant literature from credible sources, such as text books, journal articles and reports. These should be cited using the APA 7th style. The hotel offers 25 individual eco luxury tents, a spa, restaurant and a common area with pool and bar. The hotel offers helicopter transportation from Adelaide, private jet transportation from Sydney and Melbourne, or luxury van from KI airport. The hotel is a favourite of luxury leisure travellers that are looking a place to escape from the busy life. Its Executive Team comprises of the General Manager, Director of Marketing, Revenue Manager, Director of Retail/Other Operations, Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Rooms.
File Attachment One and Two– Service Levels (Guest/Customer/staff feedback) “The shop lacks of product variety and doesn’t have any local products to support local businesses.” “As the hotel is isolated in a remote location in Kangaroo Island, there are no enough entertainment options. A diverse range of tours to enjoy the local attractions will be appreciated. “ “The hotel check in and arrival experience is great. We were welcomed at the airport, helped with our bags, explained all about Kangaroo Island in the way to the hotel and arrived directly to our room” “ The hotel’s food and beverage offer is great, but lacks of local produce and wines. As an International leisure visitor I wanted to experience everything from the local produce and there was a limit amount of local wines and spirits. The food menu was mainly done around international dishes.” “Loved the daily Yoga activities and the Spa treatments. The price is a little high for massages and Yoga should be complementary” “ The hotel was extremely generous in providing us with an upgraded room to a suite , which was perfect for our anniversary. They added memorable touches to the room and the best part was that everyone remembered our names” “The restaurant is highly recommended by me! It has good ambience, capable and attentive staff in the service area. There were no many options for specific dietaries requirements and for a fourth night stay, the food was repetitive. “Housekeeping is not at all efficient nor spontaneous. There were delays in the picking-up of our laundry and in returning it on a same day service. They did not return to tidy up our room even when we hang the ‘Please Tidy Room’ sign outside our door. We had to call them from our room to get it done. And I thought they trained in their jobs as expected of a hotel of this type.” – Maddy Jones “The view of the hotel is impressive, one of the most beautiful I have seen. There is a lack of food and beverage offerings outside the main meals hours. “ “The hotel was courteous by introducing us to a guest relations manager who could communicate with us in our dialect as English was not our mother tongue. Very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends, the welcome amenity was unsatisfactory as we expected a local touch and not an European wine. The SPA treatments are limited and didn’t include local specialities such as Liguria Honey massage, beach massage, etc. It felt like a standard city SPA. The room was lovely and the view impressive. A fire pit in the room will be great for the cold nights. “We should have involved the local community in. Numerous activities in the hotel, such as supplying local produce, welcome amenities and local tours.” “There is lack of staff during off peak hours to be able to offer the premium services that our guests required” “We work well with our departmental manager as he demonstrates leadership qualities and consistently provides valuable, constructive feedback on our performance. We can be inspired to do the same if opportunity to participate in specific training programs like “Training the Trainer” “As a small boutique Hotel, it is important that all staff is aware of what is happening, customers profiles and specific requirements. There should also be cross training to improve empowerment and service quality”. “Has anyone heard from management on the results of the recent Guest Stay Survey? We know that this is undertaken on a regular basis but there is no communicating back to us so that on how satisfying our service delivery were to our guests. Hope someone looks into this quickly! ” “The true dynamics of teamwork is sadly missing. At the grassroot level, I see little in-team communication and collaboration and this is evident at the restaurant where I work.” “Having an empowerment policy that doesn’t give us much guidance nor discretion nor guidance on how to implement is much of a dud to us. Our managers are quite protective of their turf and hence not comfortable with disempowering themselves. We find it frustrating when we are questioned of our decisions and embarrassing to go back on our word with the customer! This is “The recruitment system is a joke – they are simply not the right people to fit into the role they are employed for. Lacking in ‘hard’ and ‘sop’ talents, my colleagues are showing ‘cracks’ in their competence to perform. The SoPs do not offer much guidance because they are lacking in content and most do not specify clear steps in executing service processes. We were not given “The hotel uniforms aren’t design accordingly to the level of the hotel, they aren’t comfortable and they don’t differentiate between different staff levels or departments. The Research Paper Topic Proposal This week, you will submit your research topic proposal to your instructor for approval. Begin by exploring topics in developmental psychology. Reference your textbook, the weekly introductions in your course, and reputable journal articles to explore topic ideas. Be sure to choose a topic that you are highly interested in. From that topic, you will pose a question for your research. For example, you may find interest in the life span of adolescence. From there, you may want to explore issues related to adolescent suicide. From this topic, you could pose a number of questions to research, such as: Are adolescents from single-parent homes at higher risk of suicide than those from two-parent homes? Does lack of play in childhood lead to anxiety and depression in adolescence? Does -helicopter parenting- lead to anxiety and depression in adolescence? How to Develop a Research Question Your research question should enable you draw some unique conclusions so that you are not simply reporting on research that has already been concluded. You may have to do some preliminary research within your topic to determine a suitable question. Here are some examples. This example is too broad and will likely lead to a confusing and disorganized paper. It lacks parameters. Why do adolescents commit suicide? This example is too narrow. It can be answered rather simply with some basic data. How many adolescent suicides occurred last year? A good research question specifies the parameters of the research, yet leaves room for analysis and the writer’s unique input. What are some of the unique social factors that led to an increase in suicide rates among 13- to 18-year-old females in 2015? (In your paper, you would define two to three social factors you deem significant and connect them with the appropriate physical, cognitive, and socioemotional occurrences happening during this part of life span development. Then, draw your own conclusions from the research you find.) Once you have your research question, phrase it as a statement so that it can become your thesis statement. The thesis statement is what drives the direction of your paper. The Research Paper Topic Proposal Assignment Include the following in your topic proposal: Your research question Your thesis statement A narrative describing your topic and why you chose it (its significance) Refer to the Writing Resources link under the Student Resources tab for help with writing thesis statements and research questions, and consult your West Coast University librarians for database search support as needed. Your topic proposal should be 1–2 pages in length. Use current APA Style and cite and reference all sources
