(iii)           Whether the imposition by the Government of Grenada of a quota on trade in entertainment services via mode 1 would be-

a.        inconsistent with Grenada’s Schedule of Commitments; and

b.       if inconsistent, what actions the Government of Grenada should undertake to remedy such inconsistency.                                           (4 marks)

The implications of Malaysia’s services liberalization commitments under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) for a proposed measure by Malaysia to allow non-resident foreign nationals to provide cross-border architectural services

 A.      With reference to the provisions of the relevant trade agreements, advise on the following:

(i)           the implications of Malaysia’s services liberalization commitments under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) for a proposed measure by Malaysia to allow non-resident foreign nationals to provide cross-border architectural services; (3 marks)

(ii)         whether the introduction by Mexico of a prohibition on the cross-border supply of betting services would be consistent with its services liberalization commitments under the CPTPP; (3 marks)

(iii)      the extent to which the product-specific rules of origin for imitation jewellery differ under the CEPA and the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas establishing the Caribbean Community, including the CARICOM Single Market and Economy. (4 marks)
