Note: Consider how the verdict and penalties impacts your trust of the members of Congress.
Third Party Candidates. Discuss two (2) political reasons why a third party candidate has never been successful in winning a presidential election. Provide examples to support the answer. Note: Consider the political impact of the Republican and Democratic Party if a third party was successful.
Federal and State Authority. Identify one (1) current issue facing the United States today. Analyze the respective roles of Federal and state authorities in addressing the issue. Determine whether the U. S. Constitution constrains the Federal and state responses to the issue. Explain.
In your research, you cannot use Wikipedia, online dictionaries, Sparknotes, Cliffnotes, or any other Website do that do not qualify as an academic resource.

Rangel was one of the powerful members of the house committee until he was found guilty on numerous accounts of violation of ethics of conduct. The 8th lawmaker subcommittee found Charles B. Rangel guilty of violation of 10 of the 13 charges of violations of ethics related to his fundraising activities and personal finances. 

            Charles B. Rangel was accused of collection of infractions that were related to four important components of the case. He was accused of raising four-figure money from chief executives and corporate charities to fund a college wing named in his honor, through illegal use of congressional official letterhead and staff. Moreover, Rangel was accused of violation of New York City rules by housing the house committee in a house that he controls rent in Harlem. The other ethics violations were failure to pay taxes on Dominican villa and improper discloser of hundreds of thousands on USD in properties that he owned.             The charges against Charles B.
