            As nurses, we are bound to witness incivility in the workplace since we interact with many people of all works of life regardless of the setting. Studies have showed that incivility can create the working environment very toxic, thus generating negative outcomes. Therefore, it is imperative for nurses to be able to identify and point out incivility and take the necessary steps to rectify the problem appropriately(Rainford, et al., 2017). As a Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP), it is my role and ethical obligation to provide leadership in the workplace. Issue of Incivility

            The workplace environment especially health care field can be hostile when it is highly regulated and regimented levels of bureaucracy, sizable workloads, and stringent norms of behavior. These incivilities make the workplace very stressful, crisis oriented, and chaotic, thus leading to team breakdown, hostility, and directs anger(Reynolds, et al., 2014). Research the company on its own Website, the public filings on the Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR database (http://www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml),  The annual report will often provide insights that can help address some of these questions.

  1. Choose the two (2) segments of the general environment that would rank highest in their influence on the corporation you chose. Assess how these segments affect the corporation you chose and the industry in which it operates.
