This assignment is intended to help you use leadership skills to gather project members from cross-functional departments and skill sets and lead them in the fulfillment and implementation of a mock project.
Discover the various responsibilities of a project manager by organizing a project. See Chapter 19, sections 19.9 and Cases.
Apply project management tools and a PM outline type of your choice to structure and plan the project by defining, planning, and controlling. The project will be a continuation of how to improve the process you chose in Weeks 1 and 2.
Create a 10- to 12-slide PowerPoint presentation (supported by Excel and Word as needed), with detailed speaker notes, that includes the following:
· Project description
· Project Management Charts (Critical Path, Gant Chart, etc.)
· Improved Process Flowchart from Week 1
· Meeting cadence/rhythm and timing
· Metrics to measure the project’s success
· Financial and budgetary considerations
· Description of the project reporting structure

There are three theories about why we dream provided in the readings including: wish-fulfillment, activation-synthesis theory, and the cognitive view of dreams. For this assignment, you will be creating a project that illustrates the following: An example of a vivid, emotional, or recurring dream that you can remember (and don’t mind sharing with the class), your analysis of the dream (what emotions were in play, what was happening in your life at the time you had the dream, and whether you believe those events prompted the dream), and which of the three theories you believe best supports your analysis.

Your project illustrating all of the concepts listed above. A written essay of at least 200 words clarifying the visual representation you’ve created (in .doc or .rtf format). APA formatted reference information and in-text citations (provided within the summary and/or graphic representation as appropriate) for at least one resource in addition to the textbook. Infographic Project: Provide a visual representation of your understanding of the concept in the form of an infographic (a visual image that represents data or information) using one of the below recommended tools, or something similar approved by your instructor.

Alternative Creative Project: In lieu of an infographic, it is acceptable to provide a creative textual representation of your understanding of the concepts (i.e. a poem, short story, a personal example, description of connections between concepts, etc.). If you choose this approach, please be sure to include the textual representation in addition to your 200-word summary. All text submissions must be in .doc or .rtf format.
It all started after an eventful day where we had classes early in the morning and some library research in the afternoon. The day was exhausting and being on a Friday, I had plans in my mind to take a walk in the park with my friends. My mum prepared supper and we at together with my other siblings and my dad. I proceeded to my room, where I made few calls to my friends and watched a movie until I got sleepy when I headed to bed. Soon I was dead a sleep and started dreaming. The dream was as surreal as it begun in a library study with my classmates. We were enthusiastic about the day because we wanted to go and visit the local park. As we walked from the library, my friends demanded that they go home first so that they could join me later. I became furious and proceeded to take the walk alone. However, not long did I go further into the park than did a huge bear appeared in front of me. The huge white bear was so terrifying that I almost fell on my knees.
